*Visits are monthly till 34 weeks, 2 weekly till 38 weeks then weekly till birth, more often if necessary.
I will order any bloods, scans, prescriptions and refer you for additional care if required.
*Clinical notes are stored on my computer, I will give you a copy, and update this at your visits.
*One-to-one education regarding healthy pregnancy, childbirth and parenting preparation will continue throughout your journey,

*At 37 weeks I will provide you with a birth pool and liner for labour, a list of supplies you will need to gather for your homebirth.  24 hours on call support for labour and birth.  A second Midwife will attend your birth as this is a legal requirement.  I will also bring oxygen, emergency equipment and medications so I am prepared for any emergencies that may occur.
